EASY GUIDE ON HOW TO CREATE SHIPPING LABEL PAYPAL

today where people are forced to stay at home because of the pandemic. Online
or digital transactions are easy and preferred by everyone. When it comes to
online shopping, PayPal makes it so much easier to buy a pair of shoes, vintage
albums, clothes, and accessories because you can pay them digitally.
PayPal is one of the most popular online
payment platforms that will come to your mind when you refer to digital
transactions. For online shipping, PayPal allows you to create shipping labels
via your printer. By creating and paying for the labels online, you can save
your valuable time instead of spending it standing in line at the post office
or UPS service center.
How to print a shipping label on PayPal?
Before you can print a shipping label through
PayPal, you first must have a PayPal account. In the same manner that if you
don't have a USPS account, you also must create one before proceeding in the
label-making process.
Step
1: Log in to your PayPal account. You can use
your computer, tablet, or phone's web browser to go to https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/summary
and log in.
Step 2:
Next, click on the "Activity" tab. And find the recent transaction
that you wish to create a shipping label
PayPal. You can find it in the list of your recent activity. And select
the option "Print Shipping Label" on the item's transaction that has
been paid.
After that, you will be redirected to the
transaction detail page. Take note that you can only create a shipping label on
the paid transaction and cannot proceed with pending payments.
Step
3: Then, fill-out the "Shipping
Information" section. In this section, you can choose or change the
carriers by clicking the default USPS carrier name.
You will see a drop-down list of carriers
available. Also, you can choose the service type or shipping speed, and the
package type. Aside from that, you need to enter your package's weight. Also,
you can include additional/optional details like tracking and required
signatures.
Like the traditional shipping fee, PayPal's
final shipping price will vary depending on your package's weight. So be
careful when entering the package's weight, it is wrong, you will be charged an
extra fee.
Step
4: After filling-out, the necessary information
needed in the "Shipping Information" section, click the
"Calculate Shipping Cost". You will find it on the right side of the
page. Double-check the information. If you need to edit something, you can
continue editing the "Shipping Information". To see the updated
price, click the "Calculate Shipping Cost" again.
Step
5: After verifying all the information, you can
now click the "Confirm and Pay" button. The amount listed in the shipping cost will
be automatically deducted from your PayPal account balance once you click the
confirmation button. Next, you will be redirected to the page where you can now
print the shipping label.
Step
6: After you see the text saying that the payment
has been made, you will now see the button to print your shipping labels. Click
that button and then a printing page will pop-up with the details to print.
You can select which printer to use, how many
pages you need to print and select what size of paper you will use. You can now
print the shipping labels on regular paper or label-paper. After attaching your shipping label on PayPal
on your item, your item is ready for shipping. You can now drop off the package
at the Post Office or a UPS store near you.
